THE BEST COFFEE TOFFEE EXFOLIATING SOAP

One of my favorite soaps to make is our Coffee Toffee soap! 

Whenever it gets made, the whole studio smells like a specialty coffee house. The scent lingers for days as the soaps get cut and cured. It makes for a great pick me up on those early mornings when I'm chasing little ones around the house. 

There is almost always a bar of this soap in one of our showers. The added coffee grounds act as a gentle exfoliator that I find to be super soothing. It's the perfect bar of soap in these winter months when our skin is on the itchier side. Our daughter Faith loves this soap year around for the bottoms of her feet. 

Although the coffee grounds are finely ground up, some may still find the added exfoliant to be too scratchy still on delicate areas. If you're finding the grounds to be too irritating, it's best to use the soap on thicker skin areas like feet, knees, and elbows.

If you want the soap bar to last for over a month, keep the soap out of streams of water when not in use. As always, we've added shea butter, olive oil, and coconut oil at the perfect percentages to make a gorgeous lathering soap that will be sure to please your skin. You'll love the added softness of the silk we add to every bar we make as well.
