Thank you for letting us know that you haven't received your order. I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
I'm personally tracking your package and have been informed that there can be up to a 3 week hold at the San Francisco USPS facility for shipments to Hawaii. This is especially true during the holiday season per the representative I spoke with. He also explained that the order should be received by the end of next week. If there are any other updates, I will let you know immediately.
As a small business, we rely heavily on our carriers to deliver orders promptly and this delay is definitely frustrating. Updates will be made to our websites shipping timeframes so that others are made aware of possible delays to Hawaii (and also Alaska.)
